The interior and exterior layouts will be according to the general plan.
The description of the materials given in this specification is the basic decoration included in the contract. All
appliances, TV and stereo equipment, air conditioning and ventilation equipment, light fixtures, alarm and
fire detectors, electrical panels, etc. will be integrated in the interior design.
13.2 Floor covering
Carpet will be fitted in owner’s suite, owner’s dressing, guest cabins, corridor.
All carpets will have acoustic underlay.
All edges of carpet will be bound, where necessary, or fixed under the furniture.
Parquet floors will be fitted in Owner’s bathroom, guests’ bathroom.
Shower floors will have drip pan with varnished teak grating on top.
13.3 Wall finishing
Walls will be finished in wood selected within the range of woods normally used in the yachting industry
(teak, oak, cherry, tanganika, mahogany, or equivalent). Limited area could be upholstered with fabric or
leather.
Lacquered panels can be fitted on bathrooms and galley walls.
