Baltic 60 designed by Rolph Vrolijk with the aim of being competitive on the Mediterranean racing fields, not disdaining to offer its owner pleasant and long cruises.
The aim of this 60-footer was to create a truly dual-purpose boat optimised for both cruising and racing.
Designed by Judel/Vrolijk, SUD was commissioned to perform well under both the IMS rule, popular in the Mediterranean at the time, and also under IRC which had a broader following.
Judel/Vrolijk drew a relatively narrow boat with plumb ends to take advantage of waterline length, but without the somewhat ungainly slab-sided shape that had become predominant under the IMS rule.
The boat is ready for mooring for the new owner!
