The rig is found free of structural defects. A rigging inspection report issued in April 2024 by. Turbulence Sails in Grenada confirms the structural integrity of the rig which is considered sound and safe.
HOUSE BATTERIES
8 X 12V lithium LIFEPO4 batteries “Redodo” for an estimated capacity of
100 Ah per battery, plus 2 “Lifeline” 8D estimated @220Ah emergency
batteries. Terminals are found clean, properly tight and in good condition.
Batteries are properly secured in dedicated boxes, with SS holding beams
(under saloon flooring).
 
ENGINE BATTERIES
2 X 12V generic batteries, 170 Ah each.
 
BOW THRUSTER BATTERIES
4 X 12V AGM batteries (2 per thruster in each forward peak), with each a
dedicated “Mastervolt” 24V/25A battery charger.
 
Power distribution System
“Maretron” computerized monitoring system, with 3 displays (saloon, crew
mess and flybridge). The system is up to date and fully operational
 
CHARGING
2 alternators 12V/24V (on each engine).
1 X “Mastervolt”, 12V 30 amp, dedicated to starting batteries plus 2 X “Victron Quattro” combo inverter chargers, 24V/110V/120A/5000W & 2 X “Victron Quattro” combo inverter chargers, 24V/220V/120A/5000W and 2000W.
2 X 220V 50 amps via shore power cord, tested in good condition
2 X “Onan 29MDKDS-8124A” 29 kW, 50 Hz, 6482 hours, s/n C190515298,
(port), 6457 hours s/n C190515299 (starboard), both fully operational and in good
outside visual condition, free of corrosion.
 
REFRIGERATION
Flybridge: 1 X “Subzero” fridge, 1 X “Subzero” ice maker.
Cockpit: 1 X 110V “Dometic” independent chest fridge/ freezer.
Saloon: 2 X “Subzero” ice makers and 1 “Subzero” fridge.
Port aft companion way : 1 x “Subzero” wine cooler, 1 X “Subzero” fridge.
Starboard galley area: 2 X “Subzero” freezers. 4 X “Subzero” frdges, 2
“Whynter” freezer (in bilges). All refrigeration is running on 110V.
 
AIR CONDITIONING
Dual “Frigomar” central chilled units, 220V, connected to “Dometic” air handlers
throughout the vessel. “Whale” grey water boxes equipped with automatic float
switches and submersible pumps are used to drain each air handler condensation
water. The system is fully operational.
 
WATERMAKER “Rainman”, in good outside visual condition (not tested at survey time as pickled by crew).
 
SAILING INSTRUMENTS
G. P. S & RADAR: "B&G” plotters (2 X “Zeus 3” at wheel station and 1 X “Zeus 2” at nav station in saloon). All vessel datas are reported on them (including radar).
AUTOPILOT: "Simrad" displays with 2 hydraulic linear rams and a hydraulic pump in engine rooms. 2 displays: at nav station in saloon, and at helm station on flybridge.
DEPTH & BOAT SPEED: 7 X "B&G " multi displays at helm station (2), above saloon entrance sliding door (2) and at nav station (2) and in galley (1).
WIND: Using “B&G” displays above.
 
COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS
2 "ICOM IC-M506" VHF at nav station and flybridge, each with a extra command mike at helm station. Vessel is also equipped with a class B AIS transponder (emission and reception).
COMPASS: 1 X “Ritchie”
 
GROUND TACKLE
PRIMARY ANCHOR: 60 kg “Delta" SS,  Chain / rode: Approximately 300ft x 16mm chain.
SECONDARY ANCHOR: 60 kg “Delta” SS with approx. 300 ft. of 16mm chain and nylon rode.
WINDLASS: "Lofrans Ercole" 24 V electrical vertical windlass, switch tested fully operational. 2 extra “Lewmar” electrical capstans are located next to both aft cleats and are used for dock lines management.
 
COOKING FACILITIES
STOVE: 4-burner stainless steel propane stove “Wolf” and “Miele” electrical oven.
FUEL: Propane
LOCATION & LOCKER DESCRIPTION:
On aft platform, with proper drain.
VENTILATION: Bottom vent.
PIPING: Approved gas hose and copper piping.
MISC: There is a 110V “Miele” coffee machine, tested satisfactorily, “Miele” 220V washing machine and drier. “Aqua Ionizer Pro” active reverse osmosis drinking water filter is also present.
 
STEREO: The vessel is fitted with an extensive entertainment system including 6 Tv’s in all the cabins, amplifiers and numerous speakers all over the vessel.
 
TENDERS: Model “Highfield OM460” semi rigid inflatable, aluminum hull, Hypalon® tubes, with center console (“Baystar” hydraulic steering), including a “Garmin” GPS/plotter, navigation lights, depth sounder & bilge pump. HIN: CN-HFM00423K617 (2017).
Outboard engine is “Yamaha” 70HP, 4 stroke, s/n L1077247. Both dinghy and engine are found in good condition and fully operational.
